    Our Story

Paramount Inspectors provide the most reliable and comprehensive home inspection report for your property. Once you call us to evaluate, you can rest assured that we will give you the minutest of details about the property you are looking to invest in. We understand the value of your investment and are dedicated to assisting you in the best way possible to make a well-informed choice. We are licensed and insured and have highly qualified property inspectors to closely evaluate your property objectively to identify even the most minor flaws.

A brand-new home feels like a safe investment. Nothing worn down, nothing lived in. What could go wrong? Quite a bit, actually. New construction moves fast, and speed doesn’t always mix well with quality.

New construction comes with a builder’s warranty. Most homeowners, though, never actually use it the right way. That window is one of the strongest protections you have and it doesn’t stay open long. A warranty inspection catches defects while the builder is still obligated to fix them, at no cost to you.

Selling your home? There’s one step most sellers skip and it’s usually the one that costs them later. A pre-listing inspection shows you exactly what condition your property is in before a buyer’s inspector gets there first. That matters more than most people realize.

Before buying commercial property, not only must you do your research, but you must also consider the costs and benefits of the purchase. Real estate investors, insurance providers, loan providers, and Commercial Mortgage-backed Security (CMBS) providers always conduct property condition assessments (PCAs) before investing.

Basic commercial inspection services include inspecting properties on-site by walking around them to assess their physical condition. During this assessment, experts examine the building’s critical components and systems, including HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, interior and exterior elements, roofing, basement, and foundation. Following the assessment, estimates will be provided. A commercial inspection service may also ask for and investigate documents and paperwork of the property. Among the documents relevant to the investigation are rental contracts, lease agreements, fire safety certificates, service agreements, repairs, and maintenance records. Our commercial inspectors perform inspections following the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP) – a system and process recognized throughout the industry.
